Do you qualify for funding?

The Canadian Government has specified four obligatory criteria that eligible applicants must meet:

  • Must be registered at either the national or provincial level, or alternatively, operate as a sole proprietor who is a Canadian resident.
  • Privately-owned for-profit entity.

  • Maximum 499 full time equivalent employees.

  • At least $500,000 and not more than $100 million in revenue in one (1) of the past three (3) tax years.

Frequently asked questions FAQS

Absolutely. We received approval from the Canada Digital Adoption Program under the name of Inteltum Consultancy Inc as approved provider, a division of the Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, in October of 2022. Our authorization permits us to collaborate with small and medium-sized businesses under the Canada Digital Adoption (CDAP) Stream 2: Boost Your Business Technology initiative.

Please ensure that you have the following items readily available:

  • Evidence of Business Registration
  • Confirmation of sales tax registration from the CRA or confirmation of recent sales tax filing from the CRA (within the previous 12 months)
  • Evidence of an employee (payroll record)

This covers the expenses linked with engaging a restored CDAP Digital Advisor to devise a Digital Adoption Plan. Additionally, it encompasses charges, commissions, and fees incurred by approved CDAP Digital Advisors to prepare the Digital Adoption Plan. These expenses may also include federal and provincial sales taxes.

Please note that expenses related to implementing the plan, such as its execution, are not covered. However, there are funding options available to assist with such costs.

Small and Medium Businesses are eligible to receive a reimbursement of 90% of the expenses incurred for the development of the plan, up to a maximum limit of $15,000. Once the plan has been finalized and the invoices have been submitted, the reimbursement will be issued. The CDAP Digital Advisor will outline a payment schedule for the digital adoption plan, which will be a mutually agreed-upon arrangement between the business and the Digital Advisor.

Absolutely! We have assisted numerous businesses in assessing their tools and determining how they can optimize their investment, whether it be through integrations, upgrades, or simply utilizing all available features. For technologies that fall outside of our expertise, we have a network of companies that we can refer you to. It is important to note, however, that it is not necessary for you to select Canada Digital Plan to implement your plan once it has been finalized. There is no obligation on your part once the plan has been completed.
